I finished free motion quilting on my sister's quilt. I kept tearing out stitiching because I could not get the tension set correctly on my machine. I also had to slow down and let the stitches not get big or pull. The back side of the quilt looked awful a few times so out those stitches would come. I think I went to bed at midnight again!
I made napkins from the material I had left from the table runner. I actually used the embroidery feature on my sewing machine! It was so much fun. I hadn't done it since I took a class at the fabric store so I wasn't sure about some things but it worked out.
My friend, Tina, has been coming over since my surgery in September. She has really been a big help. I am making a table runner for her. I might attempt napkins to go with it.
