My Opinion Counts

The Pacers certainly have their share of problems. The players seem to get into trouble a lot and now their mascot, Boomer, is in trouble. A man is suing the Indiana Pacers and the performer who portrays its feline mascot, alleging that the 6-foot-tall performer tackled him during a free-throw shooting contest, leaving him with permanent injuries. I just cannot believe he would accuse a 6-foot-tall blue cat of whipping his butt. He needs to accept that he will have to work to eat. Sheesh.
