I kept thinking about the post I did for that great site that dealt with frozen shoulder conditions. I wondered about the condition and so I looked it up on Web MD.
Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) is stiffness, pain, and limited range of movement in your shoulder that may follow an injury. The tissues around the joint stiffen, scar tissue forms, and shoulder movements become difficult and painful. I am glad that there is help for people suffering with the condition.
