Sheriff Not in the Know
I just read on CNN online that Sheriff Deputy Kyle Cavness in Galveston, Texas is saying that hurricane Humberto snuck up on them. I don't know how he can say that. I was hearing it on the news on Tuesday!
"It snuck up on us, to be honest with you. It wasn't something we were expecting."
Maybe he should start watching the weather channel.

The Deputy was referring to the intensity of the hurricane. It became a hurricane right about landfall. He was in the middle of it trying to save peoples lives...where were you karen?
