Make the Sale
Mom bought a new laptop yesterday. We had to practically beg the salesman to write it up! I guess he never took that course where they taught you how to close the sale. I finally said, "come on lets close this sale!" I said it jokingly but my goodness, we could have walked out and I don't think he would have cared. Maybe commission is a good way to pay employees.

It does seem like customer service is going down hill, at least it is in the stores around us.
i think this guy is just the wrong person for that job. or he just had a very bad day. lol
