Feel Better

Do you want to feel better? Start walking. It doesn't have to be a walk of 5 miles. Just a short walk that is fast enough to get your heart pumping, is going to make you feel better.

Cutting out fats will help you feel better. When you eat the wrong foods, your body feels sluggish. Just a few small things can help you get to the point you want to be. Skip the cream and sugar with your coffee. Give up soda and drink water instead. Eat whole-grain toast instead of a donut. Replace your afternoon snack with fruit. Start with baby steps and you will get there.
