In celebration of their recording debut, The Police celebrate their 30th anniversary! Their first double-disc police cd 'Best of' collection entitled, The Police (A&M/UMe)was released on June 5, 2007. The police cd is made of 28 songs from all their fabulous hits. They have picked the biggest hits from the band's five original studio albums. This cd includes their very first single, Fall Out. Can you believe that was a hit in 1977! It seems like yesterday that I was singing along to all their great songs. Do you remember Every Little Thing She Does is Magic? Maybe you and your hubby's favorite song was Walking On The Moon.

The Police revolutionized music with a sound that mixed jazz, punk and even a bit of reggae! Many bands have tried to duplicate the sound. To hear the intensity of their music and listen to a showcase of their musical ability, you only need to listen to my favorite song, Every Breath You Take. What an awesome song! Of course, many count Message In A Bottle as their favorite song.
